Deliciously Healthy is more than a cooking program; it’s a transformative experience that inspires patients with the joy of cooking to better equip them to manage chronic conditions. Participants become creative food explorers by learning to cook nutritious, affordable, and delicious recipe concepts while simultaneously adapting recipes to suit their own culinary heritage.
Deliciously Healthy consists of a series of six classes with monthly follow up sessions. It is designed to accommodate all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned cooks and should be led by a dietician or nutritionist, or other health professional. The course is available in English and Spanish language versions and can be conducted virtually, in-person or as a hybrid.
