Have your staff trained to facilitate a FamilyCook Program cost-effectively at the new FamilyCook hub for the mid-Atlantic region, Spoutwood Farm CSA.  This winter the Spoutwood farm community will be incubating young chefs and local food activists-in-training!  By conducting  FamilyCook programs The Dinner Party and Teen Iron Chef, the farm and CSA intends to mentor young people within their community to help them lead the "Good Food Movement."  By spring, CSA members will be treated to cooking demos conducted by youth at the farm when they pick up their weekly produce share!  In addition, Spoutwood is hosting the February 20-21 training for multiple FamilyCook programs, which is open to other organizations in the community. YMCAs, Boys and girls clubs, other CSAs... all are welcome to participate.
